Hello! I’m Alice Hibbert an illustrator from Bedfordshire, England. I studied BA Illustration at Cambridge School of Art, graduating in 2025. I am continually inspired by nature and the natural world as well as folklore, mythology, history and fairytales. I primarily work in gouache on paper but also frequently explore other media including drawing, embroidery, crochet and watercolour. Detail is very important to my work and most of my illustrations are completed around A5 size to facilitate this. I heavily research my subject matter to enable me to include elements of symbolism and to have a high understanding of my subject matter. I enjoy working across areas of illustration as well as exhibiting work in galleries.
